- The ability to operate a show as directed by the show director/Technical Manager.
- Operating MA 3 lighting consoles.
- Knowledge of digital audio (DiGiCo /Allen & Heath audio console experience advantageous).
- Knowledge of QLab/Timecode operation.
- Operation of Hippo Media Server.
- The ability to work under pressure and to make quick thought through decisions.
- Being part of the Technical Team running Potters Theatre Company Evening Shows.
- Setting up equipment in different areas/locations on Resort for various events.
- Providing technical assistance on Resort during functions both day and night.
- Assisting in loading equipment to and from the theatre.
- Covering backstage/stage crew tracks
- Learning new skills in lighting sound vision and stage.
Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week 5 days out of 7 (including weekends and bank holidays).
- There may be the need to be flexible with hours depending on the needs of the business.
- Part time and flexible options with hours may also be available.
Qualifications :
Proven experience of working within a similar role including:
- Experience of operating lighting sound and video equipment.
- Organised efficient and proactive.
- Good understanding of working safely within a Theatre/stage environment.
- Basic bench work skills including soldering (beneficial but not essential).
