Job Summary
Were looking for a Linux System Administrator to join our Ubisoft Infrastructure & Platform team.
In this role youll design install configure monitor and maintain Linux environmentsboth on-premises and in the cloud. Youll play a key part in ensuring the stability and reliability of our Ubisoft systems supporting business-critical services and collaborating with development teams to build automation and efficient deployment strategies.
This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced technically challenging environment with opportunities to develop your skills in modern DevOps and cloud technologies.
Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Linux servers (Rocky Linux or Red Hat preferred) in virtualized and cloud environments.
Implement and optimize automation using configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible Chef).
Monitor infrastructure with tools like Prometheus Grafana and web servers such as Nginx or Apache.
Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker and related tools.
Support and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD.
Collaborate on cloud infrastructure (Azure) using Terraform.
Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues (firewalls load balancers proxies etc.).
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying ways to enhance system performance and reliability.

What You Bring
Solid experience administering Linux systems (around 45 years preferably).
Strong understanding of IT fundamentals: networking system architecture and hardware.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g. Bash and Python).
Experience with version control systems (Git environment) is a must.
Familiarity with monitoring automation and cloud-based solutions.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Clear communication style and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Self-motivated organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
