Job Summary

The purpose of this role lead and execute the growth strategy and management of the SFJ joint venture. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the business in Canada including operations JV management and network growth. The role is accountable for full P&L ownership and will lead a field-based team in Canada. 

  1. Provide overall leadership and accountability for network growth and JV partnership in Canada.
  2. Execute companys growth plan including new sites network expansions and market penetration.
  3. Partner with real estate and development teams to identify evaluate and execute new site opportunities.
  4. Ensure alignment of JV partner alignment on initiatives. 
  5. Foster strong relationships with trucking customers and commercial partners to drive diesel volume and profit.
  6. Represent the joint ventures brand and leadership values in internal and external relationships.
  7. Model behaviors that support Pilot Flying Js common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
  8. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules regulations policies and procedures
  9. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree required
  • MBA preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in multi-site operations fuel/convenience retail or transportation/petroleum industry
  • Experience with P&L ownership and growth execution across large geographies.
