Job Summary
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements for various business functions.
- Prepare and deliver accurate timely and relevant reports tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Analyze healthcare-related data to identify trends performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using business intelligence platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting outputs.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide insights to assist with operational and strategic planning.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Health Informatics Data Analytics or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in reporting data analysis or business intelligence preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data metrics and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem solving and data analytic skills
