Role summary:
As Finance Manager you are the financial steward and strategic business partner for our Brazilian operations. You own the full financial agenda: steering planning forecasting and business performance management. You serve as a critical advisor to the Country Manager and the Brazilian leadership team. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our Doctoralia Brazil business journey blending hands-on financial excellence with strategic influence. You would drive cross-functional alignment and ensure data-driven decision-making at every level. Youll be part of the Doctoralia Brazil Management Team reporting directly to Juliana López (CEO Brazil) with a dotted line to Gervasio Gari (Global VP Finance).
Qualifications :
Must-have:
5 or more years of relevant Finance experience with at least 3 years in an FP&A or commercial finance role
Proven FP&A expertise leading the budgeting process and creating models to support it
Strong analytical skills
Deep Excel modelling experience and ideally some exposure to BI and EPM tools
Well-rounded profile comfortable with reporting controlling accounting tax and labor topics
Native Portuguese and advanced English
Nice to have
Experience in a start-up or tech environment at a SaaS company
Experience in Transaction Services Valuations or Audit at a Big Four firm
Soft skills
Start-up mindset. You are dynamic willing to multitask and ready to get into the details
Proactive approach. You will receive guidance but this is a senior role and does not need constant direction
Structured and organized. Able to create clear plans and presentations
