Job Summary
Delivering a 5-Star Experience Every Step of the Way
Were seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to help lead our Engineering team and ensure our property continues to deliver exceptional guest comfort and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maintain hotel standards and ensure optimal guest experience.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the engineering workshop including job allocation and tracking through HotSOS.
- Supervise contractors and ensure all safety access and compliance procedures are followed.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office and Housekeeping to minimize downtime for rooms and facilities.
- Lead safety energy conservation and risk management initiatives in line with InterREACT and WHS standards.
- Maintain the hotels external areas and plant operations to brand and environmental standards.
- Provide technical expertise improvement recommendations and emergency response support when required.

- Previous leadership experience in hotel or facilities maintenance preferable.
- Strong technical knowledge across mechanical electrical and building systems.
- Solid communication and customer-service skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work mornings afternoons weekends and public holidays
