Job Summary
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution required. At least 5-10 years of significant leadership experience in medical education student affairs academic administration or a related healthcare leadership environment. Approachable leadership style and proven ability to lead effectively in a collaborative team-oriented setting. Superior organizational verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to fostering a supportive environment for all learners. Ability to exercise mature independent judgment. Strong attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent task and priority management skills; ability to oversee multiple initiatives and events concurrently. Extensive computing experience and proficiency with software including Microsoft Office Google suite Qualtrics Zoom and student information systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience advising mentoring or providing support services to medical students preferred.
