We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event and Partnerships Manager to lead the planning execution and optimization of strategic events and partnerships. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility driving engagement and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders sponsors and collaborators.
Key Responsibilities
Event Strategies and Management
Plan organize and execute high-impact events (e.g. conferences product launches networking sessions internal events).
Manage end-to-end event logistics including budgeting venue selection vendor coordination and on-site execution.
Develop event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports with actionable insights.
Partnership Development
Identify negotiate and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships aligned with business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners sponsors and industry stakeholders.
Develop partnership proposals presentations and contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing sales product) to activate and optimize partnerships.
Serve as the main liaison with partners to co-create and execute branded activations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing communications front-office teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Coordinate with finance and legal teams for contract management and budget approvals.
Support business development initiatives through partner engagement and event platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
5 years of experience in event management partnership development or related roles.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Strong vendor and partner management skills
Confidence in client-facing settings
Experience engaging with affluent or accredited-investor segments preferred.
