This leadership role partners with the Head of Strategy to develop and deliver Suncorps long-term strategic roadmap. Youll work closely with the Board ELT and SLG to align priorities challenge thinking and guide decision-making across the Group and Insurance portfolios.
What Youll Do
- Lead the development of the Groups 35-year strategy and annual roadmap in collaboration with senior leaders
- Coordinate high-quality strategic materials for Board and ELT discussions
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor
- Develop frameworks to translate data and insights into actionable decisions
- Track and report on strategy execution supporting trade-offs and performance reviews
- Provide strategic support on complex ad hoc issues across the Group
What Youll Bring
- Extensive experience in senior strategy roles ideally with insurance and consulting exposure
- Expertise in strategic frameworks financial modelling and valuation techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with experience preparing Board-level materials
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
