Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $80000 - $85000

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
- Direct and support all functions within the billing and payer enrollment departments overseeing team leads and staff members.
- Manage end-to-end revenue workflows including claim submission follow-up appeals adjustments and patient account resolution.
- Partner closely with technology EHR and finance teams to ensure accurate charge capture reporting and system workflows.
- Review and evaluate payer agreements routinely to maximize reimbursement and resolve contract issues.
- Oversee provider enrollment and credentialing activities with government and commercial insurance plans.
- Develop track and present key revenue cycle performance metrics to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements including HIPAA CMS rules and payer-specific policies.
- Oversee fee schedule updates and support administration of patient discount and eligibility programs.
- Train and mentor operational leaders billing teams and clinicians on billing best practices and compliance.
- Lead annual revenue cycle improvement projects and process optimization efforts to support organizational goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle and insurance processes
- Associates degree in business finance healthcare administration or related field required.
- Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years leading or managing billing teams or operations
- Strong knowledge of medical coding systems including ICD-10 and dental-related codes
- Thorough understanding of government payer rules and reimbursement structures
- Demonstrated success working with payer agreements and value-based/Prospective Payment reimbursement models
- Preferred: Familiarity with dental claims workflows multi-payer environments and mission-driven or community-based healthcare organizations
