This Position reports to:
Analytical R&D ManagerAs an intern you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience through various projects. Each day you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your skills by supporting ABBs operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is onsite/hybrid in Bartlesville OK
You will be mainly accountable for:
Collaborating with various teams to support ABBs operations ensuring effective coordination and timely project completion within the defined timelines.
Leveraging insights about customer needs and ABBs offerings to identify suitable solutions for clients leading to project results that meet customer expectations.
Participating in team meetings brainstorming sessions and other collaborative efforts.
Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.
Designing manufacturing and test components that fulfill requirements for various flow board redesign.
Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing Product solutions to resolve them.
Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
Updating documentation and drawings/designs using ABB tools
Work directly with Senior Engineers to develop and test new electrical approaches for ABB Products
Qualifications for the role:
Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in Electrical Engineering in the United States.
Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipnow and in the future.
Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.
Collaborate with team members to convey ideas share information and provide updates on project progress.

The hourly rate is determined by things such as the successful applicants qualifications graduation year and experience. This position is expected to pay between $20 - $34 per hour.
