Job Summary

Shrine Catholic High School seeks qualified candidates for the position ofPart time Strength and ConditioningCoach for the Winter/ Spring 2025- 2026 school year.

Salary commensurate with an Applicants Experience.

Qualifications/Requirements
Candidates with experience in Strength and Conditioning or Assisting (5 years) with a progression of increased responsibilities PREFERRED.

The Ideal Candidate Should:

Possess a Bachelors Degree
Have in-depth knowledge.
Be experienced and proficient in teaching and developing skills and fundamentals.
Possess strong communication leadership motivational and team-building skills across the breadth of the Shrine Community.
Be a model of sportsmanship and ethical conduct in representing Shrine Catholic High School.
Coordinate summer camps and off-season workouts. (Experience a Plus)
Have strong communication and supervisory skills.
Support the growth of the student athletes in virtue discipleship and living the faith.

The applicant should have all of the following requirements or be willing to complete them: Current CPR certification; and Protecting Gods Children certification.
