We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets.

We are seeking a passionate Product Owner to join our newly established Storage and Collaboration team. As a key member of the Ascendis Pharma team you will play a pivotal role in establishing a data-driven culture improving business performance and supporting strategic decisions. You should possess a blend of technical business intelligence expertise and a strategic mindset with strong business partnering skills and business acumen.

This role together with the product team will own the vision roadmap governance model and user adoption strategy for how Ascendis stores secures and collaborates on information both in regulated (GxP) and non-regulated environments.

You will be joining the Storage and Collaboration team consisting of an interim product owner 2 consultants and 1 internal employee who will join the team in 2026 and report directly to People Manager Babak Bajelanwho is based in Hellerup. You will be based in Hellerup.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Help in defining the product vision and roadmap for storage & collaboration.
• Own the governance model for what goes where across regulated and non-regulated environments.
• Partner with QA and IT Compliance to ensure GxP compliance data integrity and audit readiness.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement through training and clear guidance.
• Collaborate with IT Security Compliance Infrastructure and business functions to ensure platforms are fit-for-purpose.
• Manage platform lifecycle vendor interactions and enhancement prioritization through a backlog.
• Stakeholder Management: Must gather information to understand expectations and clarify any inconsistencies or conflicting requirements to ensure alignment.
• Make tactical decisions regarding the management of the product backlog. This involves prioritizing requirements clarifying them splitting stories and approving implemented items.

Qualifications and Skills:

You hold a relevant academic degree preferably a bachelor in IT Management and have 5 years of experience in Product Ownership and Collaboration Platforms.

Furthermore you have:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint OneDrive Teams) and Azure storage.
• Experience translating business requirements into platform capabilities
• Ideally you are familiar with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong in stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experienced with Agile ways of working
• Experience in biotech/pharma or regulated industries is a plus but not a must
