- Experience working within a childcare or early years setting (essential).
- Maths and English GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
