ABOUT THE ROLE

ExoAnalytic Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in guidance & control to develop and implement optimal guidance algorithms for missile interceptors and kill vehicles. You will design flight algorithms develop models and simulations and contribute to real-time software supporting flight performance and precision intercept missions.

This position bridges algorithm design and real-time software implementation supporting both system analysis and embedded development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement guidance navigation and control (GNC) algorithms
• Develop real-time flight software to support interceptor and kill vehicle systems
• Perform simulation and modeling of flight dynamics and system response
• Integrate algorithms with RTOS environments and embedded processors
• Support testing validation and performance optimization of GNC software

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Aerospace Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• 3 years of experience developing or modeling guidance navigation and control (GNC) algorithms
• Experience coding in C and Python for simulation and real-time applications
• Familiarity with control theory estimation or trajectory optimization
• Experience with simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance
• Proficiency inC/C and Python for modeling and implementation
• Experience withoptimal control trajectory guidance or state estimation
• Familiarity with6-DOF simulations sensor fusion and Kalman filtering
• Experience withmissile defense or aerospace flight systems

SALARY RANGE

$85000 - $165000 annually.

Actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills education and years of experience.
