About the Role
HJ Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support and consultation within a local school district. The BCBA will collaborate with teachers administrators and support staff to enhance student success through behavior intervention plans data-driven assessments and individualized support strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
- Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students across assigned campuses.
- Collaborate with teachers and paraprofessionals to model and reinforce effective behavior management techniques.
- Analyze data to measure student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Participate in IEP meetings multidisciplinary team discussions and staff training.
- Maintain compliance with district state and federal special education guidelines.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field.
- Current and active BCBA certification.
- Experience working in a public school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse student populations.
- Ability to travel between school sites as needed.
