Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs and BCBAs) at Special School District (SSD) provide applied behavior analysis services that support students across a range of educational this role you will lead the development and oversight of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA programming using data-informed practices to support skill development independence and positive behavior outcomes. Youll conduct assessments and evaluations collaborate with IEP teams participate in problem-solving meetings and offer direct consultation to teachers families and staff.
Your work extends beyond student programming as youll also serve as a coach and resource to educators paraprofessionals and behavior technicians. From modeling effective strategies to supporting implementation fidelity you will help build staff capacity and strengthen instructional teams. As a liaison between school teams families and community partners you play a vital role in ensuring consistency and care for each student. This position reflects a strong commitment to ethical standards student-centered support and meaningful collaboration.
BCBAs work during school hours Monday through Friday. The start and end times may vary depending on the building assignment. Occasional work after school hours may be required. Travel is required as these positions often serve multiple schools. We are currently seeking BCBAs to serve districtwide.

Salary
- BCaBA: minimum $62632 to $ 89338 maximum based on experience and education
- BCBA: minimum $70574 minimum to $104277 maximum based on experience and education
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in special education behavior analysis or a related field required
- Masters Degree in special education behavior analysis or a related field preferred
- Specific experience in behavioral and instructional strategies training related to working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health diagnoses preferred
Certificates Licenses Registrations
- License issued by the Division of Professional Registration. (LBA) preferred
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) required
