Maricopa County Human Resources is scaling up our HRIS Team! Were currently seeking an HRIS (Workday) Analyst who will primarily support Workday Time and Absence configuration reporting and/or integrations. You will work on the HRIS team and collaborate closely with internal customers to ensure that Maricopa County employees have the necessary tools and resources to serve our residents across the nations fourth-largest county.
This position requires demonstrated experience serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams on Workday projects. This includes gathering requirements communicating potential impacts and outcomes to stakeholders configuration documenting information to technical and non-technical users and working cross-functionally in support of Workday projects. Working Conditions
Work is generally performed in an office environment. Hybrid telework and alternate work schedules may be available after an initial training period. Tasks require manual dexterity of hands and body to operate office equipment and manage frequent interruptions time pressures varying work volumes and multiple complicated and unscheduled tasks.
