Shifts Needed: Night
Nights Monday- Friday 4p-2:45a Saturday 12p-6p (HOURS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON DEPARTMENT)

Responsibilities
- Set-up and operate CNC machines to produce custom tooling/parts using various materials ensuring adherence to customer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and replace any tool heads as needed.
- Load raw materials into CNC machine to produce parts.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models.
- Monitor machine operation to detect any problems or errors make recommendations.
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations including appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring equipment (calipers gages and micrometers) to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications.
- Document and report any issues or irregularities that may arise during the machining process.
- Collaborate with other machinists and team members to troubleshoot and solve production issues.
- Continuously improves skills and knowledge through training and experience to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Must be able to achieve quality and production goals.
- Use hand tools inspection tools and machinery as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience with CNC machines specifically 3 and 5 axis.
- Attention to detail quality and safety mindset.
- Basic blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
- Understanding the relationship of speeds and feeds with various materials.
- Strong analytical mathematical and computer skills.
- Problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take direction and work as a team.
- Must have the ability to operate industrial trucks and overhead cranes.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
- Standing for long periods of time lifting loads up to 50 pounds bending stooping twisting.
