Job Summary
Position Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Rochester NY
Job Type: Contract Travel
Shift: Days/Night (12*3)
Duration: 13Week Assignment
Hourly Pay: $35 to $39.40/hr
Weekly Pay: $1260 to $1418.40/week
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingLicensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)for an exciting Travel or Local job inRochester NY.
Responsibilities:
Provide patient care on the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit under the supervision of an RN.
Independently manage own patient assignments with RN support as needed.
Administer medications monitor vital signs and perform routine nursing procedures.
Document patient care accurately in Epic.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Work scheduled shifts including every other weekend.
Qualifications:
Active NY LPN/LVN license in hand.
Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience within the last 2 years.
Ability to work 3x12-hour day or night shifts.
Competent in basic patient care medical-surgical nursing procedures and telemetry monitoring.
Strong communication teamwork and organizational skills.
