Job Summary
Role: LPN
Location: Falmouth ME 04105
Contract Duration: 12 weeks contract with possible extension based on performance
Shift: 2:45 PM-11:15 PM (Sun Mon Tue Fri Sat)
Pay Rate: $42
Contract Duration: 15 weeks contract with possible extension based on performance
Shift: 10:45pm to 7:15am (Sun Mon Tue Fri Sat)
Pay Rate: $41
Facility OVERVIEW:
Specialized Memory Support Community offering individualized care for those living with Alzheimers or other forms of dementia.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN license from the state in which you plan to work
- Minimum 6 months of LPN work experience
- Push pull support and lift a minimum of 80 pounds
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing and walking
- CPR certification
Job Responsibilities:
- Admitting discharging and transferring patients.
- Taking and reporting patient vital signs.
- Administering medications as ordered and reporting adverse reactions.
- Dressing patient wounds and collecting blood and urine samples.
- Communicating effectively with patients and family members.
- Providing timely documentation thats accurate and organized.
- Restocking supplies medications and equipment.
- Collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
