The Role:
As a Sr. Software Engineer you are in an experienced position within the software engineering this role you will
play a significant part in designing developing and implementing software solutions. You will collaborate closely with
senior engineers and contribute to the overall success of software projects.
Security Clearance Required
- Due to federal contract requirements applicants must be U.S. persons and eligible for a U/S. security clearance
Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to gather functional and non-functionalrequirements and create software representations.
- Adhere to coding standards and best practices whileactively mentoring junior engineers.
- Develop both front-end and back-end softwarecomponents according to design documents.
- Actively participate in team meetings project planningand decision-making.
- Assist in the writing of software developmentconsiderations for project proposals.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive productspecifications and system integration plans.
- Conduct code reviews and analysis to maintain high-quality code.
- Manage and maintain development environments withincreasing technologies known including cloud and localsetups.
Experience:
- US Citizenship - requirements of our US Government customers
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Security Clearance
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science SoftwareEngineering or a related field.
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in Software Engineering environment
- Strong proficiency in software development conceptsand coding. Subject matter expert in at least oneprogramming language.
- Experience with Typescript/JavaScript/React/Redux
- Desire to expand software development skills.
- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and contributeto project planning.
- Commitment to maintaining code quality and adhering tobest practices.
- Ability to develop both front-end and back-end softwarecomponents according to design documents.
