Overview
Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a potential future position as an Employability/Quality Audit Report Tracker QART Support working as part of a vibrant team on a contract providing cybersecurity and infrastructure protection services in support of an Intelligence Agency customer. All the personnel on the team will work collaboratively to support the mission and protect the agencys personnel facilities information and systems. This includes delivering expert guidance and oversight to ensure a robust and effective protection program across multiple security domains and global locations.
The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Provides support and maintenance to established PERSEC programs.
- Supports the execution of the day-to-day agency PERSEC.
- Prepares supports and administers PERSEC program briefings as needed.
- Prepares writes and presents reports/whitepapers various forms of correspondence as required.
- Briefs SISP leadership and other agencies KCs regarding the program requirements and regulations.
- Appropriately and accurately maintains and updates databases and files (e.g. PeopleSoft security system of records SISP SharePoint Page internal SISP file folders etc.) with data entry in a timely manner/real time.
- Responds in a timely manner to all telephone and/or email actions questions or status inquires to include checks of internal and external personnel security databases.
- Assists in maintaining distribution lists for customers to contact PERSEC as
needed/required. - Brings case security issues to the attention of the government Team Leads
- Assists the government PERSEC team to help in developing recommendations for improvement.
- Provides service excellence in guidance and resolution to internal and external customers questions and inquiries in a timely manner for support to their programs.
- Utilizes a variety of security concepts principles and practices to analyze and
recommend solutions for difficult and complex security issues. - Documents and provides Weekly Activity Report (WAR) actions in the SISP designated template and timeline to the Government Team Lead.
- Shall provide review of background investigations to make employability
recommendations for agency applicants. - Completes all actions within the mandated timelines (e.g. IRTPA DNI etc.)
- Prepares accurate and quality employability assessments/reports for decision in accordance with the established procedure and 5CFR Section 302.
- Delivers suitability/employability assessments within 2 business days of receipt of each checkpoint.
- Documents files and maintains all employability actions in the security system of record (e.g. PeopleSoft DISS etc.)
- Coordinates with internal and external customers to resolve missing or discrepant information.
- Reviews the specified percentage of investigation reports for compliance with Federal Investigative Standards and applicable implementation plans within five business days of date assignment by GPOC.
- Coordinates any issues identified in record audit with GPOC.
- Accurately details information and documents status of all issues to include resolution in the Quality Audit Report Tracker (QART) system.
- Creates/Prepares metrics reports for Investigative Service Providers (ISP) on a monthly basis as requested by the GPOC.
Qualifications
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.
Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a related field to personnel security.
