Position: Behavior Technician (BT) ABA Therapy
Locations: Antioch Pittsburg Brentwood
Schedule: Part-Time (3:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m.)
Setting: Hybrid In-Home & In-Center

Join a passionate team making a real impact in the lives of children with autism and developmental needs. As a Behavior Technician (BT) youll provide one-on-one ABA therapy helping clients develop communication social and daily living skillsall while receiving comprehensive training mentorship and career growth opportunities.
What Youll Do
Provide individualized ABA therapy in clients homes and/or centers.
Follow treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect data track client progress and collaborate with families and supervisors.
What Were Looking For
A genuine passion for working with children and helping them grow.
Experience in teaching childcare coaching tutoring or caregiving (a plus).
High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).
Valid drivers license car insurance and weekday afternoon/evening availability.
Ability to pass a background check; CPR/First Aid certification required (we can assist).
What We Offer
$21/hr during training $25$28/hr after based on experience and/or RBT status.
Paid training and full support to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
