Position: Senior Program Management Specialist/ Principal Cross-Border Business

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Program Management Specialist/ Principal of Cross-Border Business to bring the best experiences to our customers and drive growth in cross-border this role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize existing operations and maximize revenue opportunities with your strong cross-functional communication and analytical skills.

What will you do

• Develop and implement comprehensive cross-border business strategies to expand the companys presence in Taiwan market.

• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product operations and finance to ensure alignment and execution of cross-border initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional projects to dive into pain points improve operational efficiency streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

• Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders including overseas vendors logistics providers and government agencies to support cross-border business objectives.

• Analyze sales performance market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decision-making.

Essential Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in program management or business operations preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry

• Ability to deep dive into complex issues demonstrate attention to detail and solve customer service issues efficiently

• Proven track record of designing and implementing performance metrics and driving business outcomes

• Strong analytical skills and strong capability in Excel with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and cultures.

• Demonstrated project management experience including the ability to prioritize tasks manage timelines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Familiar with SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Korean
