The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Strategic Change Manager supports communication strategic change programs and governance within the IAM department reporting primarily to the Head of IAM Risk Controls & Governance. The role involves coordinating efforts across Access Management teams overseeing governance committees managing metrics programs and supporting internal communications and training initiatives.
> Access Management Fleet Coordination: The manager facilitates information sharing organizes weekly syncs for development squads prepares quarterly business reviews manages reporting to leadership and optimizes operational workflows to enhance fleet efficiency.
> Governance and Stakeholder Oversight: Responsibilities include governance of IAM risk controls and strategic programs through various committees and working groups supporting meeting organization responding to stakeholder requests maintaining program reporting and leading compliance escalations.
> IAM Metrics Program Management: The role involves preparing and distributing monthly metrics scorecards coordinating with metric owners maintaining documentation and data dictionaries supporting governance meetings and managing related communication platforms.
> Communications and Training Support: The manager develops and executes communication plans creates training materials maintains inventories of communications and metrics manages internal newsletters and ad hoc communications and administers IAM intranet sites. Bachelors degree in the liberal arts business management or technology.
Professional with 5 years proven experience in strategy operations or management consulting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop networks build consensus prioritize effectively and develop alliances across organizations.
Strong sense of ownership accountability attention to detail and entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong project management organization communication and analytical skills.
Strong writing skills and meticulous attention to detail is required.
Willingness to learn new skills and approach projects with a can-do attitude and a creative and adaptable mindset.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage competing priorities and drive projects to successful completion.
Experience with PowerPoint Excel TEAMS Microsoft Outlook is required.
Strong and proven experience with Rally Jira and Jive is ideal but not required.
