We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our dynamic Team!
Responsibilities
Welcoming hosting and managing visitors
Handling and servicing the telephone center and correspondence
Organizing and supporting meetings at the companys offices
Filing and general secretarial support duties
Responsible for regular maintenance of office equipment and ordering consumables and stationery
Typing and filing emails reports and other corporate documents
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience in a similar position
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Proficient computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel)
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
