About Your Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Influencer Marketing Manager to establish and grow our influencer marketing channel. This role can initially be a contract position with the potential for conversion to a full-time role depending on performance and market response. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with Australian influencers and a proven track record of building successful influencer campaigns from the ground up.
What Youll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy from 0 to 1
- Identify recruit and manage relationships with key influencers across various non-regulated industries (e.g. wellness fashion luxury e-commerce)
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer campaigns
- Set clear expectations and deliver measurable results for influencer marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing objectives and
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance and market insights.
What Youll Bring To The Team
- Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing preferably from an influencer agency or a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong network of established influencers in Australia
- Ability to quickly establish and scale an influencer marketing channel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
