At Factorial were looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead our Partner marketing growth strategy across European markets.
This is a key role within our Partner Marketing team youll be driving scalable demand generation initiatives in collaboration with strategic partners aligning closely with Sales and Marketing to accelerate growth and brand visibility across regions.

The Role
As Demand Generation Manager you will own the end-to-end partner demand generation strategy from defining the roadmap to helping execute high-impact demand generation campaigns. Youll act as a strategic connector between Factorial and our partner network ensuring every initiative contributes to pipeline generation and long-term business growth.
What youll be doing
Design and lead data-driven marketing strategies with partners aligning them with Factorials business goals and GTM priorities.
Partner with our internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals optimising the partner pipeline and conversion rates.
Identify new opportunities and partnership models to expand reach and market impact.
Define KPIs and reporting frameworks ensuring visibility into campaign performance ROI and partner contribution to the pipeline.
Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution across all markets.
Stay ahead of trends in B2B SaaS demand generation continuously testing new tactics and channels to scale growth.
Your Profile
Fluent in English and/or Spanish (additional languages are a plus!).
7 years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on demand generation and partner or channel marketing.
Proven success in developing and scaling demand generation programs that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
Strong understanding of digital acquisition channels ABM and marketing automation (HubSpot Salesforce etc.).
Exceptional strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
Skilled communicator and collaborator comfortable influencing stakeholders across teams and regions.
Highly organized analytical and proactive
Entrepreneurial mindset: energetic business-driven and growth-oriented.
Bonus Points
Experience managing 3rd-party relationships or partner agencies
Experience managing demand generation teams
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot Salesforce etc.).
