Kforce has a client in San Antonio TX that is seeking a Data Scientist with expertise in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI).

Summary: This person is a professional who applies advanced analytical and computational techniques to extract insights from data build predictive models and develop intelligent systems. Their role typically encompasses the entire data lifecycle from data collection and preparation to model deployment and evaluation. As a Data Scientist you will be extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets identifying patterns and interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making. Data scientists with ML and AI expertise play a crucial role in today s data-driven landscape helping organizations leverage data and technology to achieve business goals and drive innovation.

Required Skills : * Master s degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics or a related field; PhD or additional experience is often preferred 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist with a strong background in data engineering and model development. Proficiency in: Python SQL (MySQL PostgreSQL Apache Hive BigQuery SQL) Snowflake Hands-on experience with: Machine Learning (Cisco Modeling preferred open to general ML techniques): Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment. Model Development and Automation Risk Modeling (2-5 Years) Geo-Spatial Modeling (2-5 Years) Fraud Models or Fraud Indicators Demonstrated ability to solve complex data problems with limited initial information. Experience working effectively in a collaborative environment with diverse stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
