Role: Pega Lead Application Developer

Location: Irving TX (Hybrid)

Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Pega Lead Application Developer to our team. This role involves designing and developing Pega CDH applications managing the proposition/offer matrix and ensuring adherence to implementation standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Pega Decisioning Next Best Action strategies and predictive modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of Pega CDH applications.
Manage the Proposition/Offer matrix and ensure compliance with standards.
Design and implement Adaptive Decisioning Models (ADM) and predictive models.
Develop and optimize Next Best Action (NBA) strategies.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.
Mentor junior developers and guide them on best practices.
Understand and integrate data from various systems ensuring accurate data flow.
Ensure scalability performance and operational efficiency during the design phase.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Marketing IT PMO and offshore/onshore teams.
Provide regular status updates and contribute to management reporting and dashboards.
Participate in team and stakeholder meetings primarily during U.S. business hours.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of IT systems experience
Certifications: CSSA with CPDC/CPMC
