Job Summary

Family Nurse Practitioner Occupational Health
Albany NY Full-Time (0.8 FTE / 32 hrs/week) Hybrid Remote $92000 $147004 DOE

Lead a new Occupational and Environmental Medicine clinic in Albany NY with occasional travel to Syracuse (2 3x/month). This role combines direct patient care clinic leadership and community engagement all on a flexible 4-day workweek schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized occupational health treatment plans
Provide direct care in Albany and Syracuse clinics
Design and implement clinic policies workflows and quality assurance processes
Recruit mentor and supervise clinical and administrative staff
Serve as liaison with advisory boards employers and community partners
Analyze performance metrics and execute outreach initiatives
Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA EPA) and lead quality improvement initiatives

Schedule & Work Model:

Monday Thursday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
2 days in-clinic 2 days telehealth
Travel to Syracuse 2 3 times per month
No call weekends holidays drug screens or narcotics

Qualifications:

NYS Nurse Practitioner license (Family or Adult)
National board certification (AANP or ANCC)
Masters Degree in Nursing
Current BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
Preferred: Occupational Health experience program development Spanish proficiency

Compensation & Benefits:

$92000 $147004 DOE
