Job Summary

Job Summary (List Format): Supply Chain Customer Service Manager (Full-Time Local Candidates Only)

- Serve as the primary point of contact between manufacturing operations and multiple customers ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Communicate frequently and professionally with customers internal stakeholders and international distribution personnel regarding order status delays and fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers (domestic and international) to ensure on-time in-full delivery of orders.
- Utilize SAP and other demand management systems to manage customer requirements production schedules and plant capacity.
- Act as the hub for all schedule-related communication collaborating with master schedulers inspection planners and flow teams to meet customer and partner needs.
- Analyze and report on plant capacity and proactively address capacity or scheduling issues.
- Coordinate expedited orders and ensure all order documentation is accurate and complete.
- Monitor customer forecasts and service needs influencing internal performance to meet expectations.
- Escalate issues as needed and proactively communicate changes in production plans and their impact on customers.
- Track and support customer service metrics and performance indicators continuously seeking opportunities to improve service levels.
- Leverage advanced knowledge of manufacturing supply chain processes and high-volume production environments to optimize customer service.
- Apply strong organizational project management and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrate expertise in MRP systems (especially SAP) and advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis and reporting.
- Exhibit a positive customer-oriented attitude and the initiative to embrace new technologies and systems for enhanced customer communication and service.
