The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Technical Sales Developer who combines technical expertise and commercial skills to push our business into new and unexplored markets acquire new clients and develop existing ones with innovative products and solutions.

Magicmotorsport is an Italian company founded on a long-standing passion for motorsport. Our products are crafted to tackle any performance challenge offering innovative solutions for mechatronics aiming to equip their automotive workshops with the latest advancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand the business by acquiring clients nationally and internationally

  • Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions

  • Present products highlighting technical features and applications

  • Gather feedback to refine commercial and product strategies

  • Manage client relationships through structured follow-ups

  • Represent Magicmotorsport at trade fairs and industry events

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in selling technical products

  • Technical diploma or degree in electronics or mechatronics or equivalent industry experience

  • Solid knowledge of mechanics and electronics

  • English (minimum B2 level)

  • Italian (minimum B2 level)

  • Willingness to travel internationally

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Assertiveness and determination in achieving goals

  • Strong active listening skills and ability to understand customer needs

  • High initiative and a proactive approach

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of powertrain systems and vehicle operations

  • Experience in the automotive sector

  • Knowledge of other languages
