Job Summary
Tasks
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase the companys market share in IT outsourcing and placement services.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that leverage Tipstats AI innovation and engineering talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the companys value proposition.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers to enhance the companys reputation and business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field with a strong understanding of IT outsourcing and placement services.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development or sales roles within the software development industry preferably focusing on AI innovation and staff augmentation.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset to identify market trends and opportunities for growth within the IT outsourcing sector.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through innovative business development strategies.
