Job Summary

Job Title: Deputy Manager FP&A and Commercial Analysis

Location: Navi Mumbai

RMU CO & BC Process Experience Level:

Qualified CA or CMA with 4 7 years of experience in a manufacturing entity

Key Responsibilities:

1. FP&A and Commercial Analysis

Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function with a focus on commercial performance
Drive volume and contribution margin analysis at both standalone and consolidated levels2. ROCE & Product Group Analysis

Conduct Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) reviews
Collaborate with Product Managers for PG-wise profitability and performance analysis

3. MIS & Reporting

Manage standalone monthly closing processes
Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports to senior management

4. Budgeting & Forecasting

Play a key role in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle
Ensure alignment with strategic business goals

5. Audit Support

Coordinate and support statutory and internal audits
Ensure timely and accurate submission of audit requirements

6. Process Digitalisation

Contribute to finance process automation and digitalisation initiatives
Identify and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory: Experience working on SAP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proficiency in Excel

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in a manufacturing setup
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration
