Job Title : Senior SAP ABAP Platform Engineer Generative AI Integration

Job Type : Full Time/Contract

Experience : 8 15 years

Location : Bangalore Karnataka

Responsibilities:

Experience in ABAP development including FIORI/UI5.
Strong experience in REST/oData API creation and consumption.
Solid understanding of ERP to S/4HANA migration particularly custom code migration processes.
Proven expertise in software engineering principles product standards and SAP development tools.
Innovative analytical and curious mindset-an out-of-the-box thinker with strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; customer-focused and results-driven.
Passionate about learning and experimenting with new technologies especially in AI and language engineering.
Design and implement solutions that integrate Generative AI capabilities into the ABAP platform accelerating developer productivity and custom code management.
Develop core components across ABAP runtime SDKs compilers and language models.
Collaborate closely within an Empowered Product Team contributing to all stages of the product lifecycle: design development testing and deployment.
Drive continuous improvement of ABAP tools and frameworks to optimize performance reliability and scalability.
Partner with SAP customers to deliver deep product expertise and ensure high-quality support and adoption of AI-driven solutions.
Champion innovation by exploring new technologies and methods to enhance the ABAP language and platform ecosystem.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
