Job Summary

Job Description:

Oversee the maintenance and smooth functioning of machines such as elevators graders belts FFS roasters dryers AHUs and nitrogen plants.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to machinery PLCs electrical drives sensors high amp problems and auto cut-off switches.
Supervise coordinate and lead a team of 5-6 maintenance technicians in daily operations and problem-solving.
Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports using advanced Excel skills.
Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Assist in project work related to machine installations upgrades and process improvements.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures during maintenance activities.
Proactively plan and schedule preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected machine breakdowns.
