Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop dashboards reports and visualizations using Tableau / Qlik Sense / QlikView.
Build data models and load scripts integrating data from multiple sources including AWS (Redshift RDS S3).
Optimize dashboard performance and ensure best practices in visualization and user experience.
Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Maintain platform governance documentation and data security for Qlik and Tableau environments.
Manage Tableau Server content deployment and governance standards.

Technical Skills:

3 years of Tableau development experience.
2 years of Qlik Sense / QlikView experience.
Strong understanding of data modeling ETL processes and SQL.
Hands-on experience with cloud databases (AWS preferred).
Exposure to Tableau Prep and Tableau Server Management is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication presentation and client engagement skills.
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
Experience in leading or mentoring a small team (4 8 members).
