Our client a leading Manufacturing supplier in Greater Toronto Area Ontario is currently looking for a full-time permanent Supply Chain Manager with solid experience in manufacturing sector.
Job: Supply Chain Manager
Pay: $100-115 k per year
Location: Greater Toronto Area Ontario
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop supply chain strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage procurement demand & supply planning inventory logistics and supplier relationships.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers (PET HIPS PP RPET Biomaterials etc.) to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor and optimize transportation warehousing and 3PL performance.
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate inventory controls and conduct regular audits.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Logistics or Procurement.
- 3 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
- Proven procurement experience in plastics or raw materials.
- Strong leadership analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel weekly to Brantford and occasionally work flexible hours.
