Job Title: Federal Proposal Specialist

Location: Baltimore MD (100% Onsite)

Duration: Full Time

Years of Experience: 5 Yrs.

Required Hours/Week: 40hrs./Week

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Federal Proposal Specialist:

Federal proposal management expertise (SF-330 & TORN submissions)
Strong knowledge of federal AEC contracting & procurement (FAR/DFARS)
Proficiency in InDesign Deltek and Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements of the Federal Proposal Specialist:

Bachelors degree: 5 years of experience in federal AEC industry preferred
Direct experience managing proposals (SF-330 submissions) and TORNs for the Federal Government (DOD GSA etc)
Proficiency in InDesign Deltek and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of AEC marketing principles proposal development and go/no-go process.
Proficient in SOQ/proposal production including digital and printing/binding.
Knowledge of and experience with federal AEC contracting including procurement processes FAR/DFARS government procurement websites/portals terminology best practices and industry organizations.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Other Key Requirements:

100% onsite in-office work
No sponsorships or visa holders.
No Corp-to-Corp.
