This role will involve managing and prioritizing the product backlog collaborating closely with development teams and stakeholders and ensuring product alignment with business goals. Location: Plano TX (Hybrid 4 days onsite)

Job Description The Business Analyst will serve as the central point of communication between stakeholders and development teams ensuring that business goals are translated into actionable product requirements.
Key Responsibilities -
Product Backlog Management: Create manage and prioritize the product backlog ensuring user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria for the development team.

Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders development teams and other departments ensuring alignment on product vision and progress.

Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy ensuring the Product Owner and team align with business goals and market needs.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the Product Owner delivers solutions that meet customer needs.

Product Performance Analysis: Track key performance metrics and analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement and guide future product decisions.

Delivery and Acceptance: Review and approve development deliverables based on acceptance criteria ensuring they meet quality and business standards.
