Duration: Full-Time Permanent

Shifts:

Weekend Shift (Fri Sun): 4:00 AM 4:30 PM 20% differential Work 36 hrs get paid for 40 hrs $3000 annual stay bonus
Night Shift (Mon Thu or Tue Fri): 4:30 PM 3:00 AM 25% differential

Role Overview

As a CNC Mill/Turn Machinist youll set up operate and optimize CNC machines to produce precision parts meeting exacting standards. Youll work with engineers and fellow machinists to maintain efficient production ensure top quality and continuously improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Mill/Turn machines independently.
Perform inspections and document results to meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining or process issues.
Mentor peers and support workflow efficiency.
Maintain a clean safe and proactive work environment.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Machining or equivalent experience.
2 years of CNC machining experience (experience with Mori Seiki/DMG Mori preferred).
Proficient in blueprint reading GD&T and precision measurement.
Familiar with G-code/M-code and CMM/VCMM tools.
Strong communication attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven and able to work independently.
