SAP S4HANA Manufacturing Consultant – Process Industry

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Consultant with strong expertise in process industry environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production planning (PP PP-PI MFG) and a deep understanding of shop floor execution within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Exposure to Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is highly desirable. The consultant will lead SAP implementations optimizations and support initiatives aligned with best practices in process manufacturing.

Position: Contract-to-Hire (6 months)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing solutions for process industry clients.

• Configure and implement manufacturing modules (PP PP-PI MFG QM IM).

• Collaborate with business teams to map manufacturing workflows and requirements.

• Integrate manufacturing with EWM MM and QM modules.

• Manage production execution process orders and shop floor control.

• Utilize S/4HANA Cloud and Fiori apps for digital transformation and optimization.

• Participate in SIT/UAT data migration cutover and go-live support.

• Document system configurations and conduct user training sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA Manufacturing implementations.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP / PP-PI (Process Industries).

• Expertise in recipes process orders batch management and resources.

• Experience with S/4HANA Cloud (Public or On-Premise).

• Integration knowledge across EWM logistics and quality management.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and SAP Activate methodology.

• Excellent analytical communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to SAP EWM and Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).

• Experience in CPG Pharma or Chemical industries.

• SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing or PP-PI certification preferred.
