Job Summary
Job Summary :
- 100% remote position; no sponsorships available
- Requires extensive (15 years) SAP PP/PCS experience
- Must have experience in Aerospace & Defense industry and discrete manufacturing
- Responsible for authoring functional specifications
- Apply SAP best practices in MBoM Routing and Shop Floor Execution
- Lead work stream requirement gathering with business process owners
- Fill and analyze Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaires
- Design and deliver Workshop A (system demo and presentation deck) based on assessment findings
- Manage requirements configuration and documentation
- Document key decisions and process flows
- Oversee authorization and security aspects
- Plan and execute testing for standard and custom objects
- Drive change management and reporting activities
- Utilize S/4HANA experience
- Manage parameter effectivity and integration with PLM and MES
- Maintain material masters: classification MRP scheduling and costing views
- Oversee work centers BoMs routings revisions and ECM
- Manage full production order lifecycle including collective orders for MTS/MTO with WBS
- Handle external processing with subcontracting and production order kitting
- Oversee goods issues reversals rework and order splitting
- Ensure availability checking and shortage reporting
- Integrate SAP with PLM and MES systems
