We are seeking a Maintenance Lead (Mechanical) to oversee day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability minimize downtime and support smooth plant operations. The role ensures that all preventive and corrective maintenance activities are executed safely efficiently and in full compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This position will lead a team of technicians and contractors coordinate maintenance schedules and provide hands-on support in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues to maintain high equipment reliability and operational uptime. The Supervisor will also contribute to maintenance planning asset improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices for long-term mechanical integrity.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or mechanical maintenance within an industrial petrochemical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems such as pumps piping valves compressors and rotating equipment.
- Proven experience in managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs work permits and contractor supervision.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems (SAP Maximo or similar).
- Strong understanding of safety health and environmental (SHE) standards and safe work practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to train and develop maintenance teams.
