We are looking for a dynamic and presentable HR & Admin Executive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have good command over MS Excel strong listening skills and leadership qualities. Training will be provided as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing screening scheduling interviews and follow-ups).
- Manage HR and administrative activities on a daily basis.
- Assist in onboarding documentation and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate with management for HR operations and office administration.
- Support in employee engagement and training coordination.
- Maintain attendance leave records and other HR reports.
Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA in HR (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/Admin
- Skills: Strong communication and listening skills Good command of MS Excel Presentable and confident personality Leadership qualities
- Other: Must have a two-wheeler.
