Job Summary
Urgent Hiring in Automobile Company !!!!
Position: Sales Manager – Passenger Vehicles
Experience: Minimum 6–10 years of automobile sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Salary: 50000 – 60000 per month (based on experience)
Location: Cochin
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve monthly quarterly and annual retail and wholesale targets for new vehicle sales.
* Plan and execute sales campaigns events and exchange melas.
* Lead motivate and develop a team of Sales Consultants Team Leaders and Delivery Executives.
* Ensure adequate manpower as per M&M’s staffing norms.
* Ensure adherence to Mahindra’s Customer Experience (CI 2025) and digital retailing processes.
* Monitor lead management through DMS and CRM tools (AutoDMS / Mahindra Rise CRM).
* Develop fleet institutional and government business opportunities.
* Liaise with finance insurance accessories and exchange partners to drive cross-selling.
* Exposure to passenger vehicle retail preferably in multi-outlet dealership operations.
