Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager Integration to lead an Enterprise Integration (EI) Centre of Excellence. The ideal candidate will drive the design development and maintenance of robust secure and scalable integration solutions that align with organisational strategy. This role combines technical expertise with strong leadership and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and leadership for all integration-related initiatives.

Develop maintain and optimise EI policies standards and processes.

Oversee integration development priorities and ensure alignment with business needs.

Define and implement quality assurance and testing frameworks.
-
Ensure system stability scalability and performance through proactive monitoring.

Foster standardisation and data consistency across the integration landscape.

Lead the design testing and deployment of integration solutions for enterprise-level projects.

Collaborate on architectural and technology standards to guide organisational growth.

Manage relationships with external vendors and technology providers.
-
Implement process improvement and cost-optimisation strategies.

Oversee redundancy and disaster recovery planning for integration systems.

Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and organisational policies.

Lead mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing EI function.
Requirements
Education:
-
Honours degree (NQF 8) in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience:
-
810 years of experience in enterprise integration or ICT environments.

At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
