Restaurant & Lounge Manager Luxury Private Lounge and Restaurant Umhlanga KZN
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Restaurant & Lounge Manager to join a prestigious luxury private lounge and fine dining restaurant in Umhlanga KwaZulu-Natal. This opportunity is ideal for a polished hospitality professional with a strong background in fine dining guest relations and luxury service standards.
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fine dining restaurant and private members lounge.
Maintain the highest standards of service ambiance and overall guest experience.
Lead train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand values.
Ensure personalised guest and member satisfaction through attention to detail and professional service delivery.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Concierge team to curate exclusive dining experiences and private events.
Manage stock control revenue reporting and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of 35 years experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining management.
Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and service excellence.
Strong communication organisational and problem-solving skills.
A passion for refined service exclusivity and guest-centric experiences.
Professional and polished presentation with a high level of discretion.
